Mild to moderate Dehydration what to look for: 

  • Feeling Thirsty 
  • Headache or dizziness
  • Tiredness
  • Lightheaded
  • Weakness
  • Few or no tears when crying
  • Sticky/Dry mouth
  • Little Urination
